About #StandWithHer Impact Campaign:

The #StandWithHer Impact campaign is inspired by the 2024 Oscar®-nominated documentary To Kill a Tiger. The film follows the story of Ranjit, a farmer in Jharkand, India, who takes on the fight of his life after his 13-year-old daughter is sexually assaulted by 3 men. Instead of marrying her to one of her rapists, as the village demands, Ranjit embarks on an extraordinary journey to demand justice for his child. #StandWithHer is an ambitious gender rights campaign with some formidable partners, including Equimundo, Equality Now, and MenEngage Alliance. One of the campaign goals is to continue the necessary, pivotal work of inviting men and boys into the conversation around gender equality and the need to create a gender just world-together.

A key initiative of the impact campaign is “Love, Dad” – a powerful global campaign that will feature both well-known and everyday dads reading heartfelt letters to their children about the world they envision for them. Please find the proof-of-concept video, “Dear Poet,” here.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join the #StandWithHer impact campaign. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing a large-scale, high-impact global campaign for #StandWithHer. With over 8 years of expertise, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategizing, implementing, and overseeing the campaign while working closely with creative agencies to deliver effective and compelling results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Lead the strategy development for a large-scale campaign, ensuring alignment with overarching campaign objectives. Own the end-to-end process of campaign ideation, development, implementation, production, and placement.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with media and ad agencies. Act as a trusted advisor to #StandWithHer campaign on strategic direction, campaign implementation, and optimization.
  • Agency Collaboration & Management: Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external creative agencies to ensure the campaign is executed effectively and efficiently. Guide agencies in translating creative briefs into innovative and impactful creative executions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Global Campaign Management: Oversee global campaigns, adapting strategies for global markets while maintaining the consistency and quality of the brand messaging. Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns across multiple regions and platforms, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Analyze and report on the performance of the campaign using analytics tools. Deliver insights, identify opportunities for optimization and future growth.
  • Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, media buying, and creative strategies. Continuously evaluate new platforms and creative technologies to integrate into campaign strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on managing large-scale, global campaigns on the client side.
  • Extensive experience working with creative agencies and managing external partners.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, media buying, digital marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Proven success in driving high-impact, results-oriented campaigns across diverse markets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Experience in data-driven decision making and campaign performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of global advertising regulations and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., consumer goods, media etc.) preferred but not required.
  • Past experience amplifying impact campaigns within nonprofit and social justice organizations.
  • Knowledge of media buying and planning tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
