Interns cover hard news stories for Miami Today. These could include government, business and civic reports, all within Miami-Dade County. These will include interviews in person and by phone, and meeting and event coverage.

Articles will be assigned by editors with whom the interns will work. Strong writing skills are a must. You will be expected to communicate your progress on assignments and to meet deadlines. Published articles will receive bylines.

This is an unpaid internship and requires internship for academic credit.
