Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT Integrated Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This role would be responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing Strategy and the Integrated Marketing Department with any of the day-to-day business and administrative needs. This position will have a strong focus on influencer marketing, taking ownership of that area while also contributing to a wide range of marketing initiatives across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns to align with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Manage influencer outreach, onboarding, communication, and contract coordination.
  • Track and coordinate influencer content, deliverables, and posting schedules.
  • Ensure all influencer content meets brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and compliance requirements (e.g., FTC disclosures).
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics on Julius Works, including engagement, reach, impressions, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Digital Ads and Corporate) to align influencer strategies with broader marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate product seeding efforts and manage shipping logistics to influencers.
  • Stay current on influencer trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Support the negotiation of rates and partnership terms under budget mentorship.
  • Assist with all influencer events and activations on and off-site
  • Act as lead liaison with all influencer event vendors
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Department in implementing and coordinating key verticals within the department, including Influencer Marketing, Food & Beverage Marketing, Ticket Marketing, and Arena Marketing.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses to ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with the Retail Marketing team on department merchandise orders and continuously track inventory
  • Own the meeting minutes and action items for each marketing call led by the Director of Marketing Strategy
  • Lead in department Wrike Requests and asset distribution when necessary
  • Assist the Integrated Marketing Manager in keeping the marketing calendar consistently up to date
  • Consistently supervise Monday.com marketing briefs and efforts to ensure all is always up to date

Education and/or Experience

A Bachelor of Science in Communication or equivalent experience is helpful. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work non-traditional hours when needed. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Exhibits knowledge of company identity, mission, and goals. Proficiency with Apple Software, Adobe Software, In Design, and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn required.
