Overview of the Role

The Content & Growth Marketing Consultant will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of Cisco Cloud Networking APIs and Marketplace solutions – and will be a flexible resource to support evolving needs across the Platform team. This includes everything from platform launches and event follow-ups to scaling AI-related narratives.

As a contributor to the Platform team, this individual will use multi-channel content creation, content optimization, and campaign execution to turn complex networking topics into clear, engaging, businessfocused stories.

This role is important to maintaining Cisco’s leadership in the rapidly growing cloud networking ecosystem while supporting the company’s broader go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Scalability and Content Volume Requirements: With a goal of producing 8–10 content assets per month, this role ensures Cisco can meet the demand for quality marketing materials without sacrificing deadlines or standards. This role is a force multiplier for content — producing high-quality assets (blogs, points of view, etc.) and helping repurpose or extend existing materials to support campaigns, events, and demand-generation efforts.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration The consultant will work closely with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Revenue Marketing, and Engineering teams to maintain a consistent tone and brand alignment, strengthening cross-functional collaboration within Cisco.
