You’ll begin with a 2–3-week heavy training program in Miami, led directly by our Sales Manager. This immersive onboarding experience covers the tactical, strategic, and operational skills required to excel, giving you the confidence, knowledge, and performance framework to become a top-tier sales professional.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation carriers nationwide.
  • Source capacity by calling, emailing, and networking with carriers daily.
  • Negotiate rates, lanes, timing, and service expectations to secure profitable deals.
  • Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with Customer Sales and Operations teams to coordinate freight successfully.
  • Log every interaction with clear, complete notes to support seamless workflows.

What You Bring

  • Sales, customer service, or phone-based experience is a plus.
  • A competitive, driven personality with resilience and discipline.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Coachability—you take feedback, execute fast, and constantly improve.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset in Miami; English required for outreach.
