We are launching a focused social media campaign to support a company offsite program centered on Team Chemistry, and we’re looking for a motivated intern to help bring this campaign to life.

Internship Overview

This internship is ideal for a University of Miami student interested in marketing, communications, psychology, business, or entrepreneurship. The role is primarily remote, with occasional check-ins via Zoom and optional in-person meetings in Miami.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience building a professional brand presence for a consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media campaign focused on Team Chemistry and company offsites
  • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Draft engaging captions, posts, and basic visual concepts (Canva or similar tools)
  • Align messaging with CANDOR’s brand voice and professional audience
  • Research relevant trends, hashtags, and content ideas in leadership, teamwork, and culture

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled at the University of Miami
  • Strong interest in marketing, social media, leadership, or organizational psychology
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram content creation
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with Canva, social scheduling tools, or analytics is a plus (but not required)

Time Commitment

  • 5–10 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
  • Internship duration can be discussed (ideal for a semester or summer term)
