Interested in working in Corporate Partnership Service for a championship sports organization? The Miami Heat is seeking to hire an Intern, Corporate Partnerships! The Corporate Partnerships Intern will be responsible for the day-to-day management, execution and activation of assigned partnership accounts and relationships. This position will provide outstanding client service, help clients generate powerful marketing activations, and assist the Corporate Partnership Marketing Team in crafting collaborative activation and retention programs with our partners. The internship will be a hands-on experience, providing interns the chance to gain relevant expertise in the field of corporate sales and sponsorship activation.
Content Studio – Summer 2026
The Miami HEAT Content team is looking for passionate, motivated, and creative interns to join our production department for the 2026 Summer (6/8/2026-8/7/2026). This is a hands-on educational internship designed for junior or senior-level college students pursuing careers in video production, content creation, or digital media.
As an intern, you’ll gain real-world experience supporting all areas of our content production pipeline—from organizing historical footage, logging NBA highlights and being a part of our studio shoots.

The HEAT Group is seeking to hire a Content Strategy Intern who supports the Content Strategy team by helping analyze content performance, identify creative patterns and trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights that improve how content is planned, optimized, and measured across platforms. This internship is not focused on content ideation or production. Instead, the intern will learn how a sports organization evaluates content performance, builds repeatable frameworks, and connects content strategy to business priorities.
Enterprise, Programming Intern – Summer 2026
The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are hiring for a Programming department Intern to provide support to the Enterprise Department for successful execution of concerts, award shows, and non-NBA events at Kaseya Center, assisting with event operations, hospitality execution, BOH experiences, marketing checks, and admin tasks.
