Evolv. Studios, a thriving media production company, is seeking a passionate and detailed-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working on diverse video projects alongside industry professionals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with all stages of the video editing process, from ingesting footage to final delivery.
  • Edit raw footage to create compelling and engaging videos for a variety of purposes, including:
    • Promotional content for courses and services
    • Client testimonials and case studies
    • Social media videos
    • Explainer videos
  • Apply color correction, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance the visual impact of videos.
  • Collaborate with videographers, producers, and clients to understand project goals and editing needs.
  • Maintain a well-organized project library and adhere to established editing workflows.
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of industries, working closely with founders, VCs, accelerators/incubators, law firms, accounting firms, marketing agencies, and sales teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A highly motivated and self-directed individual with a strong work ethic.
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends (as needed).
