As a social media intern, you are responsible for creating and executing a variety of professional and engaging social media and e-newsletter marketing campaigns for diverse audiences that reflect the high-quality standards of the Toppel Career Center.
Events – Employer Engagement Intern
The Employer Engagement Events Intern will support the Employer Engagement team with career-related events that facilitate connections between students and employers. This role is integral to ensuring successful and engaging career events, including career fairs, employer panels, networking events, and on-campus recruiting activities. The intern will gain valuable experience in event planning, employer relations, and student career development. The EE Events Intern reports to the Assistant Director, Career Events.
Employer Engagement Intern
The Employer Engagement (EE) Intern will work alongside the Toppel Career Center’s Employer Engagement Team in maintaining the best customer service to our employers, students, alumni, and faculty/staff. The EE Intern will support the recruiting activities of employers that take place on-campus and virtually.
Guest Experience Assistant
The Guest Experience Assistant Intern works closely with the Operations and Strategic Initiatives team to deliver exceptional customer service to students, alumni, employers, and faculty/staff. Through in-person interactions and coordination through Handshake, the University’s career management platform, Guest Experience Assistants will facilitate interactions with the career center. As part of the Guest Experience Assistant team, you will help facilitate on-campus and virtual operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Career Education Intern – Outreach Focus
The Career Education Intern at the University of Miami Toppel Career Center supports the Career Education team in helping students to explore majors and careers, prepare for the workplace, and connect with others such as professional mentors and employers. The Career Education Intern provides support by assisting staff with various projects and tasks to serve this goal.
