Trust & Safety

Spotify Trust & Safety is dedicated to creating a platform that is safe for users and creators and true to our values. We are looking for an outstanding summer Intern to join Spotify’s Trust & Safety team in the Ads and Monetization Policy Enforcement space. As an Ads Operations intern, you will help to enforce our ads policies and communicate our stance on advertising and monetization policy issues across podcasts, music, and all other forms of content.

Marketing Customer Success/ Sales & Editorial

As a Marketing Intern, you will help drive how artists and fans see, hear and touch Spotify, creators and artists on our platform out in the world. You will work alongside a large 100+ person team consisting of some of the best brand managers, creatives, designers, copywriters, producers, strategists, experiential leads and brand specialists in the industry. The summer will give you a fast paced dive into the work of music and content marketing. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

As a Customer Success Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day responsibilities of the campaign lifecycle alongside the Customer Success Management team. You will be a reliable and crucial team member, and above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music. 

As an Editorial Intern, you will participate in editorial projects that involve first-rate audiobook playlist curation, strategize towards reaching new audiences from a diverse group of demographics, and collaborate on improving internal processes to measure the team’s success. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate a passion for performance analytics, and will have your ear to the ground in the book community, focusing on all genres of books. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences audiobooks.

Are you passionate about all things Software Engineering and/or Data Science ? So are we! We’re looking for interns to work on a wide range of domains, such as Backend, Web/Frontend, Full Stack, C++, Data, Mobile (iOS/Android) and Data Science. Opportunities span across a variety of teams – delivering the best tech architecture, or the most wonderful user experience.

As an Engineering Intern in one of these domains, you will help build various systems that power our application, scale highly distributed systems, and continuously improve our engineering practices. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences audio!

As a Data Science Intern, you will help turn terabytes of data into insights and get a deep understanding of music and listeners so that we can impact the strategy and direction of Spotify. You will study user behaviour, critical initiatives, markets, content, and new features and bring data and insights into every decision we make.
