We are looking for an aggressive, creative, on-line show producer. Should have medium market producing skills. Heavy emphasis on show stacking, headline and tease writing, as well as copy editing. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to meet deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of two (2) years experience as a TV News Producer required. Must be proficient in Windows XP.

On-Line Weekend 5 & 10 Producer
7 News is looking for an aggressive, weekend producer who is not afraid to constantly change their rundown. Our weekend newscasts are just as high energy as weekdays and we maintain the highest of standards when it comes to the writing and stacking of our shows. This candidate should possess an outstanding attention to detail, creativity and the ability to adapt to any changes. During the week, this producer fills in on the main newscasts. Experience in package writing is also a must. Producer must have at least 2 years of line producing experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or the work experience equivalent.
Photographer
We are looking for a very aggressive photographer with good story telling abilities. Must have a good “news eye” for our fast paced news shows, be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, as well as work well with others. Knowledge of Sony HD cameras and non-linear editing is a must. A minimum of 2-3 years experience and a valid class “D” drivers license is required.
Assignment Desk Assistant- Broward
Assists the Assignment Editor on the desk and by covering hearings at the Broward County Courthouse. Responsible for finding and researching stories by following daily magistrate hearings. Maintains calendar of upcoming court dates for cases of interest. Gathers information from police and fire agencies and assists reporters with setting up stories for major market television station. Must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to work well with others. A must to have proficiency in news writing. Some TV experience required. Must be proficient in Windows XP.

Programming Director
Sunbeam Television, WSVN-TV is seeking a strategic and experience Program Director. This role oversees programming strategy, scheduling, syndication, audience analytics, and FCC compliance, working closely with network partners and internal departments. Acquire, negotiate, and schedule syndicated content. Manage programming budgets and contracts. Develop and manage programming schedules. Analyze Nielsen data to optimize ratings and viewer engagement. Serve as liaison to network partners. Coordinate local specials, event coverage, and content strategy. Ensure FCC and network compliance, including all required reporting. Lead programming staff and collaborate with News, Sales, and Creative teams.

Position is responsible for reviewing all contracts entered by various departments and is responsible for Nabet union negotiation. Position also oversees budget preparations, all major purchases, personnel issues, and deals with NBV properties tenant relations, leases and property management issues. This position requires someone with strong negotiation, communication skills, and the ability to work well with all departments. Individuals must be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. Minimum qualifications include a 4-year degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 7-10 years broadcast experience preferred. This candidate will work 100% in the office.
