Comcast NBCUniversal’s Enterprise Rotational Programs (ERP) provide future leaders with the skills they need to steer the business in new directions and accelerate shared company results.
Through the creation of our ERP Internship Program, we are seeking to identify the right talent to join us in full-time roles across ERP’s esteemed CORE Finance, Cybersecurity, and Technology two-year rotational programs.
What is the ERP Internship Program?
An 11-week paid summer immersion experience for rising seniors with a passion for media and technology and demonstrated functional interest in Technology across Comcast NBCUniversal. We are committed to providing resources to build your foundational skills, and to empowering you to create a community to support your career development.
What are the components of the ERP Internship Program?
Interns will be matched to an individual Technology team across Comcast NBCUniversal and in addition to day-to-day work alongside that team, will participate in collective Learning & Development sessions, projects and speaker sessions with members of the ERP Internship cohort. Participants will receive exposure and networking opportunities with the broader Enterprise Rotational Programs, including CORE Finance, Technology, and Cybersecurity.
Who should apply to the ERP Internship Program?
Rising seniors pursuing an undergraduate degree with a declared course of study in Computer Science or an immediately related major, and with an expressed interest in software development, software engineering, data Science, AI/ML, etc.
You must be:
- Focused on contributing to and building an inclusive, collaborative environment
- Eager to approach challenges with a data-driven and growth-mindset
- Able to demonstrate proactivity and interest in broadening skills beyond the classroom in workplaces, on-campus activities, and research projects
- Able to Work On-Site, Full-Time from May 27th – August 8th.
- Work locations may include the Philadelphia metro area, including West Chester, PA; Mt. Laurel, NJ; Chesterbrook, PA; and Trevose, PA, as well as the New York metro area, including Stamford, CT, and Englewood Cliffs, NJ, along with Los Angeles and Orlando.
- Available to attend an in-person orientation in Philadelphia and New York from May 27th – May 30th.
- A US Citizen or have Permanent Residency and work authorization for the U.S.
- Graduating from your course of study between December 2025 and June 2026

Core Responsibilities
- Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Compensation: Base Pay: $40.00
