Job Summary
As a Community Manager Intern at Verse, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing our community of enthusiasts. This internship offers a unique opportunity for an undergraduate student at the University of Miami to gain hands-on experience, develop community management skills, and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge beverage brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and active community.
- Moderate discussions and content across various online platforms, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create engaging content that resonates with the community.
- Analyze data and community feedback to assess engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Respond promptly to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Plan and execute community events and initiatives, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify community reach.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in community management.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student at the University of Miami, preferably with a focus on marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Passion for community building and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to moderate discussions and maintain a positive online environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Knowledge of the Miami social and cultural scene is advantageous.
- Experience with photography and videography equipment is a plus.
