Grow & Glow produces female creator events in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Coachella and Europe, collaborating with major brands, female creators, and media.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to influencer marketing, content creation, and event-based digital strategy — and who is excited to work directly with me (Victoria Jancke) in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with me in Miami and on-site at Grow & Glow events
- Assist with content creation for Instagram & TikTok
- Film, edit, and post short-form content (Reels / TikToks)
- Manage and grow the Grow & Glow social media accounts and website
- Create real-time content at events
- Research trends and brainstorm viral content ideas
- Support outreach, collaborations, and brand partnerships
- Assist with select event travel (Miami → LA → NYC)
- Podcast production
Ideal Candidate
- Based in Miami
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and creator culture
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
- Creative, proactive, organized, and motivated
- Interested in influencer marketing, events, and female-focused brands
- “Chronically online” in the best way
Details:
- Unpaid Internship
- Eligible for university credit
- 10% commission on brand deals the intern brings in and closes
- Direct mentorship and hands-on experience
- Exposure to influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and live events
- Opportunity to be considered for paid full-time position after 6-12 months.
