Touchstone Behavioral Health is a Florida-based telehealth practice specializing in accelerated EMDR intensive treatment for motor vehicle accident survivors. We deliver structured, evidence-based trauma care and are building a content presence on TikTok and Instagram aimed at two audiences: survivors searching for help, and personal injury attorneys referring clients.

Role Overview

This is a paid, remote, part-time internship focused on editing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. You will work from raw footage we film in-house — no filming or on-set work required. Academic credit is available if your department approves the placement.

  • Hours: 5–10 per week, flexible around your class schedule
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and reel

Responsibilities

  • Edit 2–3 short-form videos per week (15–60 seconds) for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Add captions, b-roll, music, text overlays, and transitions that match platform trends
  • Apply brand guidelines (style guide, color palette, and font pack provided)
  • Turn around finished edits within 48–72 hours of receiving raw footage
  • Occasionally suggest visual ideas, hooks, or formats you see performing well on platform

Minimum Requirements

  • Current UM student in Motion Pictures, Broadcast Journalism, Electronic Media, Interactive Media, Immersive Media, Communication Studies, or Media Management
  • Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Reel or 2–3 sample TikToks/Reels you have personally edited (required)
  • Strong eye for pacing, captions, and platform-native style
  • Reliable 48–72 hour turnaround and clear communication

Preferred

  • Prior experience editing for a brand, client, or organization
  • Motion graphics or After Effects basics
  • Understanding of current TikTok and Reels trends and hook structures
