CABA Pro Bono Legal Services is committed to affecting positive change in the lives of children, individuals and families in need through legal advocacy. Our team achieves this by offering free, direct legal assistance for civil legal matters to low-income Florida residents. We are seeking a Graphic Design Intern to create a brochure which highlights the domestic violence work and legal resources we provide, as well as our broader mission and programs. The brochure will be used for community outreach and client education within the court system.

This short-term project (ideal for Winter Break!) includes both graphic design and content development, with guidance from attorneys and staff. This role is ideal for students interested in nonprofit work, social impact, communications, and legal advocacy.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Design a clear, professional brochure showcasing:
    • CABA Pro Bono’s domestic violence legal services
    • How clients can access help
    • Our mission, programs, and impact
  • Draft and refine content with support from attorneys
  • Apply branding and incorporate feedback
  • Deliver print-ready files (PDF format)
  • (Preferred) Create English and Spanish versions,
    • OR collaborate with staff to finalize a Spanish version

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva or similar tools
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to complete the project within short timeframe
  • Detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality, print-ready materials
  • Interest in nonprofit or legal services work
