Position Summary

As our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will join our Digital marketing team, and play a pivotal role in helping us improve the digital booking experience across our web platforms. We aim to maximize the performance of our websites and sales funnels, creating new and more impactful user experiences.

You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying friction points, documenting that analysis, supporting the running of strategic A/B tests. The goal is to deliver measurable improvements to conversion funnels. Using a mix of quantitative data, and qualitative insights, we will work together to transform digital traffic into meaningful action, driving growth for the Sandals & Beaches all-inclusive resort brands.

You must be self-motivated, believe in self-study to build new skills, customer-focussed, analytical, and literate in experimentation and UX thinking. Our team works as a bridging point across departments, so it’s critical that you are comfortable working at the intersection of technology, content, and design

Job Role & Responsibilities

Conversion Strategy & Execution

  • You will support the execution of our CRO strategies, ensuring they are in alignment with company goals, where we optimize key touch points across our booking funnels and lead-gen experiences.
  • Together with the CRO Manager you will translate customer behavior insights into prioritized hypotheses and high-impact A/B or multivariate tests will.

Research: Users, Competitors & Market

  • You will aim to uncover friction points and customer experience improvement opportunities by analyzing user journeys and behavioral data. Analysis will be through using web analytics tools like Contentsquare, Hotjar, and Google Analytics 360.
  • You will contribute to the CRO Team’s user research efforts by supporting building and analyzing customer surveys, interviews, and usability tests—helping us understand user behavior on a deeper level.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising to leverage emerging opportunities.

A/B Testing & Funnel Optimization

  • You will help us maintain and update our A/B testing roadmap. This will be done by helping document, design, launch, and monitor experiments that test our hypotheses and drive conversion improvements.
  • Work to reduce user friction and boost engagement in our sales funnels by evaluating landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.

Collaboration & Implementation

  • You will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and content strategists to ensure test variants are implemented on time and bug free, delivering a seamless user experience.
  • Supporting the coordination between teams is critical, ensuring that our optimization initiatives are launched efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicating and collaborating with CRO agency partners.

Reporting & Documentation

  • When experiments are complete: you will help create clear, actionable reports that summarize experiment results, including performance insights for key stakeholders.
  • You will maintain accurate documentation of our test backlog, results, and learnings—so we can continuously refine our experimentation strategy.

Competence Requirements

  • High intent to help mature our CRO program, and be part of a high-functioning team.
  • Expertise in analytics tools that cover heat mapping, user journeys and user behavioral data, user session recordings, and A/B test analytics.
  • Web Analytics Tools such as: Google Analytics 4, Contentsquare, Hotjar, Looker Studio,
  • A/B Testing tools such as: AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO, or something similar.
  • Expertise with design tools like Adobe, Lucidchart, Figma etc.
  • Experience supporting the design, setup and launch of A/B tests.
  • A fundamental understanding of UX/UI principles, behavioral psychology, cognitive biases, and responsive design.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with front-end developers.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into testable hypotheses that align with business goals and produce objectively better user experiences.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how CRO amplifies broader acquisition strategies.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and supporting cross-functional teams.

Experience

Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Marketing Manager.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, UX Design, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1-3+ years in CRO, UX research, growth marketing, or digital experimentation roles.
  • Experience optimizing booking funnels or travel/hospitality websites.
  • Knowledge of personalization platforms and dynamic content tools.
  • Understanding of SEO and its intersection with CRO.
