Students, Latin American Journalists Connect, Create During Chicas Poderosas

University of Miami School of Communication students and faculty connected with a global community of women journalists and learned important digital storytelling skills last week when the school hosted Chicas Poderosas Miami, the first event of its kind in the United States. Annual Student Showcase to Honor Student Media and Alumna

The Department of Journalism and Media Management will host the 65th Annual Student Showcase from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday April 28 to honor outstanding contributions in student media. Barbecue Unites Alumni and Students for Homecoming

As Commencement Nears, Canfield Clan Celebrates Another ’Cane

Molly Canfield started wearing University of Miami-themed apparel as a 10-year-old growing up in the South.
