The Might Union is hiring a Growth Enablement Specialist for an early-career role designed for a recent or soon-to-be graduate interested in how sales, marketing, and partnerships work together inside an advertising agency.

The role supports the agency’s Growth Team by managing proposals and RFPs, maintaining CRM and pipeline operations, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and keeping sales and marketing materials organized and current.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing timelines and workflows, and interested in operational problem-solving.

Experience through internships or coursework in advertising, marketing, communications, or business is a strong fit, along with curiosity about business development and practical use of AI tools to improve efficiency.

The position is remote or hybrid for Boston-area candidates and offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience and skill level.
