We are excited to work with the Rat and athletics in the upcoming months, and we are grateful for both organizations’ support for the show.”

Ricketts will be joined by Harry Kroll, a UM sophomore and WVUM broadcaster, in hosting the debut show at theRat, a lakeside restaurant located in the heart of the Coral Gables campus. The second show is scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 20 from 1 to 2 p.m.

“It is always a goal of ours to co-program with other organizations on campus, and this is a great example of that,” said Julie Earl, UM senior and chair of the Rathskeller Advisory Board. “We know this will bring a lot of excitement and energy to the Rat and we are so happy to be a part of this brand new tradition.”

UM sports fans from the community and UM students are encouraged to attend the live radio broadcasts. The show will be set up inside the Rat, near the large LCD televisions.
