Summary:
Ticket Service Representatives deliver first class service resulting in a first-class experience for guests attending the 2024 Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix at the Miami International Autodrome. This position requires commitments on weekends, mornings, and evenings. This position requires trainings on the ticketing system prior to race weekend (trainings will be paid).

Location:

  • This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $17 per hour for trainings and on event days.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Ensure all guest expectations are exceeded by offering assistance for seating selections.
  • Provide an individualized and consistent level of quality customer service.
  • Proactively anticipate guests’ specific concerns regarding their purchase, directions, race information, and schedule of all events.
  • Accurately organize and distribute “Will Call” tickets to guests.
  • Troubleshoot all ticket concerns in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Speak in a professional manner via phone/in-person with guests, fans and staff.
  • Work cooperatively with all staff members.
  • Understand and adhere to Hard Rock Stadium employee policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must be available to work the entirety of race weekend (May 3rd – May 5th, 2024).
  • Customer service experience (entry level or supervisory) preferred.
  • Must be punctual and demonstrate a history of following through on commitments.
  • Must have a positive attitude, team-first attitude, and possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to adapt in dynamic, difficult and stressful situations.
  • Must have the ability to anticipate needs, assess situations and act accordingly.
  • Some positions require standing for long periods of time.
  • Strong computer and tablet skills required.
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster Host and/or Archtics is an asset but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required in English and additionally preferred in Spanish.
