Position Overview
Production Services is seeking currently enrolled University of Miami students to assist with broadcasts across the ESPN family of networks. Production roles fulfilled by students include camera, replay, and graphics operators. No experience necessary.
Student-worker will assist the Miami Athletics Department’s production services staff with the following:
- Broadcast of various UM sporting events on ESPN’s family of event-based networks.
- Production of in-venue shows for soccer, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, and baseball
Types of tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Operation of camera equipment
- Operation of EVS instant replay system
- Operation of Ross XPressions graphics system
- Setup & strike of broadcast equipment
- Occasional office work

Job Requirements
Students must meet the following requirements
- Graduate in or after December, 2027. Individuals who won’t be in Coral Gables for at least three semesters are not eligible for this position.
- Must have a strong knowlege of the following sport(s):
- Basetball
- Basketball
- Soccer
- Volleyball
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to focus on task at hand for extended period of time
- Communicate fulently in English
- Adhere to NCAA compliance standards
- Meet Athletic Department consensual/social relationship standards.
- Eligible for bi-weekly employment
- Monthly paid graduate assistants are not eligible
- Meet departmental confidentiality standards related to HIPPA and educational privacy laws.

- Hours: 5 – 30 hrs per week
- Wage: $15/hr
