Tel-Air Interests, one of the oldest independent production companies in the Southeast, is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team. For nearly 70 years, Tel-Air has produced award-winning content across television, documentaries, live events, and branded media. Today, we continue to develop original documentary series and digital content that celebrate South Florida’s culture, history, music, and arts.
Position Overview
As our Social Media Intern, you will help grow Tel-Air’s online presence by creating engaging content that showcases our productions, behind-the-scenes moments, and company initiatives. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about film, television, digital media, and visual storytelling, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Develop engaging graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Assist with content planning and maintaining a social media calendar.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages as directed.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during select productions and company events.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently (hybrid work potential)
- Creative eye for photography, video, and digital storytelling.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Canva, CapCut
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
