Responsibilities

No answering phones. No coffee runs (unless you were already going…)

Interns with Clutch will learn by getting hands-on training in shooting, producing and editing content. You will touch each area in the development and creation of content, including on-site production support, still photography, videography, scriptwriting, pre-production planning and post-production editing. We want you to develop your filmmaking skills, grow your portfolio, and learn as much as possible about production, so you can go onto the next step of your career knowing which area you want to focus on.

Daily tasks may include…

• Assisting videographers and photographers on studio set
• Working as a production assistant in field environments
• Brainstorming for a campaign with the creative team
• Creating graphics for the post-production department

Pay: This is a paid internship. You put in the work; you deserve to get paid.

Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

Timeline: Fall Internship starts on September 16, 2024. We’ll work around your school schedule. Interns are welcome to stay anywhere from 12-18 weeks with Clutch.

Requirements

• Punctual and professional demeanor and dress
• Reliable transportation
• Able to occasionally work nights, weekends and 12 hour shifts
• Must be a self-starter, with a strong sense of teamwork in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organization and communication skills, must have a great attitude and a passion for the creative field
• Comfortable working in a professional client-facing environment
• Comfortable working on-site
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• 18 years of age or older
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without a visa or sponsorship

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree in media, film, photography, communications, broadcasting or a related field at an accredited institution
• Experience or interest in content creation
• Experience with lighting, Canon camera systems, and Adobe Premiere a plus
