Job Summary
As a Photography and Videography Intern at Verse, you will play a vital role in capturing the essence and excitement of our functional beverage brand. Your creative eye and technical expertise will be essential in documenting our journey, from product photography to event coverage. You will collaborate with our marketing team to curate compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience. This internship provides an exceptional opportunity for an undergraduate student at the University of Miami to gain hands-on experience, expand their portfolio, and contribute to the success of a dynamic start-up.

Responsibilities
- Create visually captivating content including product photography, lifestyle imagery, event coverage, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and messaging, ensuring visual content aligns with Verse’s identity.
- Attend and document high-profile events including Art Basel, Ultra Music Festival, Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, and others as required.
- Assist in pre-production planning, setup, and coordination of photoshoots and video shoots.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos to achieve high-quality, polished outcomes.
- Maintain and organize the company’s media library for easy access and retrieval.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student at the University of Miami. Preferable a sophomore or junior
- Passion for photography and videography, with a desire to learn and grow in these fields.
- Proficiency in using photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Access to personal photography and videography equipment is required.
- Prior experience or coursework in photography and videography is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Miami social and cultural scene is beneficial.
