NU REAL FOOD, a fast-casual healthy restaurant opening in May 2024 in Midtown, Miami, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers academic credit and an exciting opportunity to be involved in all aspects of marketing, from brand creation and market research to pre-opening activities and ongoing content creation. Responsibilities:
• Market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to develop marketing materials, including signage, menus, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, including social media engagement, website traffic, and customer feedback together with the agencies.
• Generate creative and engaging content to communicate the restaurant’s opening and position it as a leading destination in the area.
• Assist in the development of promotions and special offers to drive traffic and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and culinary, to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a marketing or related field at an accredited university.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for marketing.
