Department: Ethics & Compliance
Reports to: LVMH North America Vice President Ethics & Compliance
Role & Responsibilities:
The LVMH North America Ethics & Compliance department is currently seeking a summer intern interested in researching global legal and compliance issues and developing tools and process innovations for Ethics & Compliance matters, including capacity-building for the department’s data analysis goals. Additional responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Analyze existing market Internal Controls, practices and resources against current Ethics & Compliance policies.
- Participate in internal meetings between Ethics & Compliance, other LVMH Inc. departments, and Maisons.
- Assist the Ethics & Compliance team in the annual Conflict of Interest campaign, including collecting responses for declared conflicts.
- Disseminate materials for regularly occurring employee trainings and induction.
- Coordinate with external Ethics & Compliance correspondents (lawyers, internal controllers, HRDs, etc.) and internal teams on ongoing Ethics & Compliance matters.
Qualifications:
- A graduate student, law student, or recent graduate.
- A strong analytical thinker: able to research and learn new concepts thoroughly and efficiently to facilitate problem solving.
- An exceptional communicator: both written and verbal, able to process complex information in a shared services corporate environment and across a large number of diverse internal clients, teams and brands.
- An efficient worker: able to meet deadlines and manage multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong graphics ability and interest in fashion law a plus.
