Remy’s Sourdough is committed to bringing real, preservative free bread to Miami. We love to teach the community how easy it is to make your own nutritious sourdough bread at home.

The bakery was started to celebrate making food from scratch. It may be more time consuming, but it’s always worth it.

Real food, slowly fermented. No additives or preservatives.

The Role:

Remy’s Sourdough is seeking a Documentary Videographer for the project: “The People Bringing Real Food to Miami”. This is a YouTube and short-form documentary about local farmers, bakers, and food advocates reshaping Miami’s food system.

We’re producing a visual storytelling project exploring how people in Miami are working to bring real food back to the table: from sourdough bread and farmers markets to urban farms and local food policy. The documentary will combine long-form storytelling for YouTube with short-form social content.

We’re looking for a reliable, creative student videographer who’s passionate about storytelling, sustainability, and food culture. This is a great opportunity to gain paid experience building your portfolio with both documentary and social media content.

Responsibilities:

*Film interviews, bakeries, farms, and community food projects around Miami.

*Capture high-quality horizontal footage (4K) for YouTube using a DSLR or mirrorless camera.

*Capture or crop vertical clips suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

*Give your creative input on hooks, stories, lighting, and framing. Really make this your own!

*Transfer and deliver raw footage.

*Be reliable and professional on set.

*Editing experience for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube is preferred. (CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)

*Access to reliable transportation to shoot locations in the Miami area.

This position is open to Junior’s, Seniors and graduate students. The Compensation is $ 2,000.
