Reports to: LVMH North America Vice President of Digital Innovation

Role & Responsibilities:

The LVMH North America Digital department is currently seeking a summer intern interested in diving into the cutting-edge realms of Web3, 3D technologies, gaming, and AI. You will engage in comprehensive research, manage a hands-on project from concept to presentation, and conduct quantitative analyses that will inform our innovation strategies. Additional responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Conduct in-depth research on the latest trends in Web3, including blockchain technologies, NFTs, and decentralized applications, to identify opportunities and risks for the company.
  • Develop and managing a summer project related to a topic that aligns with our innovation objectives, culminating in a presentation to the leadership team.
  • Perform quantitative analyses of market data to extract actionable insights that will shape our Web3, GenAI and Innovation strategies.
  • Participate in DEI activities, helping to organize events and contribute to programs that ensure that our digital roadmap caters to and benefits a broad and diverse audience.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions that promote a culture of innovation and design thinking.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or MBA degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Digital Media, Information Systems, Business Innovation, Retail Management.
  • A passionate technophile with a keen interest in emerging technologies, especially Web3, blockchain, gaming and GenAI.
  • Strong passion for, or experience in, the retail and luxury sector or CPG industry, with a particular interest in how emerging technologies can redefine the consumer experience.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited about the prospect of shaping undefined paths to drive innovation.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • An effective communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and presenting findings convincingly. Comfortable with Microsoft Power Point.
  • A team player who values diversity and is eager to work in a collaborative environment that respects and promotes DEI principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) and familiar with GenAI platforms like Midjourney is a plus.
