The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.

About the Department:  

Great vacations start with great communication. From booking to boarding, we deliver reliable communication across multiple channels such as email and mobile apps, all designed to reflect the experience guests expect. Whether it’s a helpful update or a friendly reminder, every message is crafted to inform, connect, and enhance the journey so guests can focus on what matters most: savoring every moment of their vacation. 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or field of study with expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis 
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred 
  • Previous experience in related areas
