ABOUT INTERNSHIP

We would like to bring on a Marketing Media/Communications intern. Candidates for this role can be enrolled in a major university or college; studying advertising, marketing or communications. We’re looking for a driven ambitious individual with an interest in communications and marketing. We’re offering a flexible schedule, if you wish to pursue other opportunities simultaneously. This opportunity will allow you to experience the industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Conducting product & market research
  • Manage/ Update Contact Database & Mailing List
  • Support Social Media Team (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Making and posting creative content using Canva, Constant Contact
  • Researching weekly events in South Florida that targets the community in; Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties for inclusion in the Newsletter.
  • Drafting pitch letters and social media
  • You will be assigned independent projects on an ongoing basis.
  • You will be required to turn in an ongoing list of tasks completed on a weekly basis
  • You will attend agreed events as your schedule permits, this will not be apart of your weekly hours. You will be compensated for parking and other approved expenses.

TIME COMMITMENT:

  • 8-24 hours/week

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Detail oriented
  • Punctual
  • Willing to learn
  • Laptop/ Smart Phone
  • Past marketing experience preferred but not required
