Role Description
As a Sales Enablement Intern at Forage, your role will be instrumental in supporting our Go-To-Market (Sales & Customer Success) team in achieving their goals of driving retention, expansion and new business with the world’s top employers. We require someone who is self driven, motivated to support a team (no task is too big or small), has a sense of urgency, an ability to think on their feet and has great attention to detail.
Design flare in Canva and wordsmithing is a huge plus. You will report directly into our Sales Enablement Lead, supporting on Go-To-Market collateral requests, data pulls and design of decks. We are a lean team, so this is an opportunity to directly impact our sales operations, making this internship a valuable learning opportunity in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
This role is based in the US (remote or in-person) and is a part time role – you’ll be working approximately 15-20 hours per week between 9am – 5pm Eastern and you’ll have flexibility to determine which days you choose to work. This period of employment will be until the end of January 2024, with a possibility of extension. In the US, we have offices in San Francisco and New York which you are welcome to visit any time!
Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create and update sales collateral, client-specific materials, presentations, and training materials, ensuring they align with our mission and messaging.
- Sales Technology: Use our tech stack of sales enablement tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and provide support in managing and updating sales data and reports specific to a range of Go-To-Market initiatives.
- Content Management: Assist in maintaining a centralized repository for sales assets related to Forage’s virtual experiences, ensuring easy access and version control for the Go-To-Market team.

Preferred Skills:
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines effectively, taking into account that the Sales Enablement is a small and scrappy team!
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new tools and techniques is crucial.
- Team player: Sales enablement involves close collaboration with the sales team and other departments.
- Design: An eye for detail and design in presentation materials is a huge plus (proficiency in Canva).

Technical Skills you’ll be mastering:
- Data Analysis: Basic data analysis skills (such as averaging numbers, analyzing benchmarking data, etc) and the ability to work with sales-related data within Forage’s educational initiatives.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint OR Google Drive.
- Salesforce or CRM: Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, with an emphasis on its use within Forage’s context.
