Position Overview:
The Brand Collective is a full-service Branding/Web/Marketing/PR & Events Agency located in Miami,
specialized in working alongside hospitality and lifestyle brands and driven to create authentic brand
experiences through design, strategy, digital, media, influencer marketing, content development, social
media and public relations. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Intern, to join our amazing team.
The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for training alongside our team to develop innovative and
effective marketing campaigns and create creative content to utilize across all social media and brand
platforms. At times you will also support the planning, organization, and execution of experiential client
events. This role involves listening to managers as well as our clients and understanding their wants and
needs before making recommendations, decisions, and developing strategies that are relevant in supporting
those needs. It is also required that the Digital Marketing Intern is responsible to work within the guidelines
of the agency, the client brief, developing creative ideas and concepts that meet each project’s brand
objectives.
This position demands creative flair, thoughtful strategy and planning, up-to-date knowledge of industry
software and a professional approach to costs and deadlines.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities:
● Assist with brand planning and identifying the most important audiences for the brand and to identify
customer touch points;
● Determine the wants, needs and motivations of key audiences for the brand;
● Create naming and messaging to appeal to key audiences of the brand;
● Developing strategic plans and recommendations for the brand marketing;
● Assist in creating branding and marketing campaigns as well as assist with advertising messaging;
● Assist with brand voice copywriting and creative brainstorming as needed;
● Developing content and design briefs;
● Support with any image sourcing or content sourcing for client projects;
● Build, propose, and execute various Social Media strategies through competitive research,
benchmarking, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification based on client needs
and overall goals;
● Support social media ad campaigns that complement client Social Media strategies;
● Deliver monthly reports and updates on Social Media account progress and postings;
● Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful
connections and grows engagement;
● Monitor all user-generated content, including follower response management;
● Improve strategies by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best
practices, and acting upon this information to determine and create future strategies.

Skill Qualifications:
● Work to achieve on-time production of materials and inform appropriate team members in advance to
obtain extra time in which to complete assignments if needed;
● Consult with department managers as needed to perform duties and advise if you have additional
time and availabilities to cover new duties;
● Must be able to present ideas in an organized, professional, and effective manner;
● Possible client facing with some existing clients based on tasks supported;
● Manage all proper safekeeping of files, file saving procedures and file backups to the Galaxy
(graphics, reports, copy, artwork, photos);
● Consistent use of Galaxy, Asana, EverHour (time tracking) and Project Workflow tools;
● Continue to gain knowledge in the branding and marketing field through ongoing education and
training;
● Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested;
