Buscando a Gastón, a documentary co-produced by Professor Ed Talavera, the chair of the cinema and interactive media department, will premiere in Lima on March 19 and then open in 20 theaters around Peru. Talavera also served as director of photography on the project.
Buscando a Gastón follows internationally renowned Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio to discover the stories, inspiration and dreams behind a man who has taken his cuisine outside the kitchen on a mission to change his country.
