About the Role
I’m looking for a creative, reliable student to help manage and grow my social media presence (@iamjasmineortiz) as an independent artist and songwriter. The primary responsibilities would include:
- Editing approximately 3–5 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Organizing and maintaining a content calendar
- Helping brainstorm content ideas based on current trends, music, and my existing brand
- Writing or refining captions and preparing content for posting
- Helping me stay organized and consistent across platforms
Qualifications
Ideally looking for someone who has experience editing short-form content and understands current social media trends. Interested candidates can send a résumé and a few examples of videos, accounts, or other social media content they have created or managed. Student projects and personal accounts are completely fine!
Position Details:
- Location: ability to be fully remote
- Time commitment: schedule and weekly workload are flexible and negotiable around the student’s classes and other commitments
- Compensation: This is a paid internship through KGB Records LLC (Independent music management company)
