As our Creative Strategist & Content Producer, you’ll collaborate closely with ETA’s Marketing Lead to develop the ideas that power our events, campaigns, and creative projects. You’ll help transform creative direction into actionable concepts, and oversee the execution of productions from planning through delivery.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys brainstorming fresh ideas, identifying compelling ways to tell stories, and working cross-functionally to ensure those ideas come to life. If you’re equally energized by creative ideation and making sure great ideas are executed well, you’d thrive in this role!
Social Media & Community Manager
Lead ETA’s social presence by publishing content growing our community, and turning insights into smarter storytelling.
As Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll work alongside ETA’s Marketing Lead and creative team to bring our content to audiences across every platform. Beyond publishing content you’ll cultivate our online community, monitor performance, uncover emerging trends, and help inform future campaigns through audience insights and platform best practices.

Photo & Video Specialist
Create the photo and video content that tells ETA’s story across events, campaigns, and creative productions.
As Photo & Video Specialist, you’ll work alongside ETA’s Marketing Lead and Content Producer to capture the moments that showcase our community, creativity, and culture. You’ll produce high-quality photography and video across events, campaigns, and client projects while editing content that helps people experience ETA–whether they’re in the room or seeing it online.
We’re looking for someone who has a strong creative eye, understands visual storytelling, and enjoys experimenting with new ways to capture authentic moments.
