Job Description
- Support day-to-day Production Department operations, including running errands, serving meals and refreshments, preparing client happy hours, and attending to client and crew needs.
- Maintain client and production spaces, including preparing and organizing edit bays, conference rooms, and common areas; restocking supplies; and assisting with equipment setup and breakdown.
- Provide administrative and production support, including entering data into production tracking software, shuttling drives, completing expense reports, scheduling meetings, and managing documents.

What We’re Looking For
You’re outgoing, punctual, reliable, and comfortable wearing many hats. You have a valid driver’s license, and experience as a production assistant, barista, or in hospitality (preferred). You’re an excellent multitasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping create a great experience for clients and crews.
