Locked & Loaded Films is thrilled to extend an internship opportunity to University of Miami students and recent graduates for our upcoming production, Mob Mentality, filming March 10-16, 2025. This is a rare chance for students to gain real-world experience on a high-end production while working alongside industry professionals.

What makes this internship truly exceptional?

Our set locations are nothing short of spectacular! Interns will find themselves:

On board a 105-ft luxury yacht, capturing breathtaking scenes on the water. Inside a private airplane hangar filled with jets, experiencing the high-stakes world of filmmaking. And surrounded by Ferraris, Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, and other elite luxury cars that bring the show’s high-roller lifestyle to life

Each intern will be assigned to a specific department—camera, production, makeup, wardrobe, photography, or grip. All interns selected to take part in this program will be supervised by a department head.

They will also get hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment.  And will have the opportunity to meet and talk directly with our director, Isis Djata, and stars like Justina Valentine (MTV’s Wild ‘N Out).

All interns that take part in the program will receive a travel stipend and all meals will be provided. To include breakfast, lunch dinner and crafty. This is more than just an internship—it’s a front-row seat to the magic of filmmaking on a grand scale.

Here’s What Interns Can Expect:

  • Stipends+ | Meals | Show Credit: Each intern will receive a travel stipend in the amount of $100. Transportation to and from set, breakfast, lunch and dinner and a Mob Mentality Crew t-shirt to wear on set and keep. All interns will be credited in the show credits and on the shows IMDB page where possible.
  • Invaluable Experience: Students and recent graduates will work closely with our production team, gaining insight into the inner workings of a television show. They’ll learn the ins and outs of set operations, problem-solving in real-time, and the collaborative process that brings a story to life.
  • Exclusive Sets/Cars: Film students and recent graduates will get to experience what it is like to work on large scale sets. Here are just some of the locations we will film at March 10-16: 17,000 SF mansion, Private Jet, Airplane hangar, 105 FT Yacht etc. We will also be using the following luxury vehicles during our shoot: Ferrari, Rolls Royce Phantom, Bentley Coupe, Aston Martin etc.
  • Networking Opportunities: This is more than just a learning experience—it’s a chance to connect with celebrities and professionals in the industry. The relationships your students and recent graduates build during this shoot could open doors to future opportunities. Mob Mentality co-stars Justina Valentine of MTV’s Wild N’ Out. Justina will be on set for the Naples shoot!
  • Future Paid Position: As a token of our appreciation, we’re offering University of Miami film students who successfully complete the week-long internship and graduate from the tv/film program a paid spot on our Naples film crew. Recent graduates who successfully complete the March 10 – March 16 internship will also be offered a paid crew position.

All Interns accepted into the program will be Supervised by a Department Head. Only Students and Recent Graduates that are local to Naples or are able to make their own arrangements for room/board should apply and will be considered for this
internship.
