Position Overview:

The Paid Media Intern will support the digital marketing team in executing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in paid media, learn the ins and outs of ad management, and contribute to real client campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports to assess ad effectiveness
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor ad strategies
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy and visuals
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for ad strategies and campaign planning
  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives to improve ad performance and conversion rates
  • Help manage the ad budget and allocate funds across channels efficiently

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Strong analytical skills and a love for numbers and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
