Tinsley Advertising is a full service advertising agency located in Miami, Florida. We are currently seeking an Assistant Digital Media Planner to join our team. The Assistant Digital Media Planner will work with the media team on our digital media campaigns but also have opportunity to work on our integrated media campaigns that include National & Spot Televsion, Digital, Out-of-home, Radio and Print.
This position is primarily remote but will require in-person meetings at our Miami office as needed. Local South Florida candidates preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital campaigns including setup, implementation and optimization aligned with client goals. This includes digital video programmatic, social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest), banner, audio, OTT/CTV, digital out-of-home and search engine marketing.
- Update and maintain client media plans on a day-to-day basis including budget monitoring, schedule shifts and discrepancies.
- Review invoicing to reconcile media plans. Detailed knowledge of Excel needed.
- Create, sign and send insertion orders per media plans.
- Assist the team with analyzing the digital campaign reports, pointing out insights and optimization recommendations.
- Communicates day to day digital media related needs and outstanding project tasks to the account service team, project manager and traffic teams for any interactive media campaigns.
- Manage project timelines and produce accurate and timely deliverables.
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment and multi-task projects.
- Develop POV’s as needed
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with the advertising sales/vendor community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising/media.
- Internship at an advertising agency in interactive marketing a plus.
- Basic knowledge of interactive media concepts and methodologies.
- Time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Additional familiarity with Google Drive/Sheets and MacBook/Keynote a plus.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
