Intern, Influencer Partnerships | e.l.f. Beauty | NYC/LA

Most beauty internships = fetch coffee and pretend you're learning. This one? You'll be in the rooms where viral moments actually get built. 🔥
What nobody tells you about #influencermarketing: it's not about follower counts. It's about finding creators who make people *feel* something. The ones who turn a $38 purchase into a 6am Target run. 💫
What you'll do: concept campaigns that break the internet 📦, spot creators before they blow up 🎯, decode why some collabs move and others flop, translate TikTok chaos into executive strategy. ✨
Who thrives: treats their FYP like a PhD dissertation 📱, understands why authenticity scales and perfection doesn't, criminally organized but creatively unhinged 🧠, based in LA or NYC. 🌴
We need someone obsessed with E.L.F. BEAUTY. Someone who believes clean, cruelty-free, radically accessible beauty isn't marketing speak, it's the point. 💚
E.L.F. BEAUTY hit $1B in sales and 26 consecutive quarters of growth without compromising who we are. That's the flex. 💅
Fair warning: this might ruin you for traditional beauty companies. You'll be in real strategy sessions. Your ideas will actually get implemented. 🎭
Apply Now
Include something that proves you get it. A creator nobody's watching yet. A campaign idea that sounds unhinged, but is probably right. 💡
Know someone perfect for this? Tag them. 🫵 Let's make some magic. 🪄✨
P.S. If you're screenshotting creator content at 3am to analyze why it worked, we neeeeed to talk. 🌙🫶🏽

2026 Summer Internship Program | The Boston Globe | Boston, MA | DUE- Nov.1

About
Boston Globe Media is a locally owned independent media company that serves Boston and the surrounding region with award-winning journalism from the largest newsroom in New England.
Our multiple newsrooms and media brands are innovative leaders in digital and print media, connecting our exceptional journalism with events and a range of advertising solutions that reach more consumers than any other New England media organization.
Boston Globe Media brands include The Boston Globe, Globe Opinion, Boston.com, Boston magazine, STAT, and more.
The Boston Globe, one of the most successful metro newspapers in the United States, has served Boston and the region for more than 152 years and has received dozens of national and international awards, including 20+ Pulitzer Prize Awards.
Headquartered in Boston, Boston Globe Media has a local presence in New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Washington, D.C. Our employees bring fresh voices and unique perspectives that engage regional and national audiences
The Role:
Calling all aspiring journalists: The Boston Globe is now accepting applications for its 2026 summer internship program 🗞️
The deadline is Nov. 1 at 11:59 p.m. EST. You need at least 10 writing samples and an essay — topics listed on the application, which you can find here: https://www.bostonglobemedia.com/student-opportunities/
If you're gunning for the sport internship, some tips for candidates:
➡️ Vary your clips. We want to see versatility in your topics and reporting styles so we can get a better sense of your work. If you submit only features, we won't be able to learn how you do with breaking news, for example.
➡️ Student journalists have a tendency to write long. All that shows editors is that you don't know how to find the heart of a story. Push yourself to include clips that demonstrate your ability to write tight.
➡️ Keep in mind that this internship is super competitive. The best way to set yourself apart: your essay. Spend time with it, ask friends to edit it, and don't make it an afterthought.
Additional Details:
The program hires reporters in the News, Business, Sports, and Living/Arts departments as well as a photographer, designer, and copy editor. Internships are NOT limited to students pursuing journalism majors.
Eligible are all students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; graduating college seniors (May or June 2026 graduation date) and enrolled graduate school students.
This paid program is full-time and lasts 12 weeks. There is a writing coach for the reporting interns, and discussions with editors and staff on a range of topics for all interns.
