About the Role
We’re hiring a dependable Camera & Production Assistant to support our on-location content shoots in Miami Beach. Working alongside our on-camera host, you’ll handle the technical setup and capture while the host leads the interviews. This is a great fit for a student or early-career creative looking to build hands-on production experience with a growing brand.
Responsibilities
- Operate the camera and tripod to capture short-form video
- Keep the host properly framed, in focus, and well-lit
- Monitor audio levels using provided wireless microphones
- Manage and safeguard equipment on set
- Help maintain a smooth, organized workflow during shoots
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in busy public settings
- A steady eye for framing and composition
- Interest in content creation, videography, photography, or media production
- Prior camera or photography experience is a plus but not required
- Must be available on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays, afternoons/evenings)
Details
Compensation: $60 per shoot (flat rate)
Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays, approximately 4 to 8pm, ongoing weekly All equipment provided (iPhone, tripod, wireless mics)
Independent contractor role; same-day payment after each shoot
