Jessi is the Marketing Director for the Zeiders American Dream Theater, a professional Theater that produces new works and spotlights emerging artists on their road to success.

Jessi is a proud recipient of the Foote Fellow scholarship, and was able to graduate a semester early with a major in Advertising, PR minor, and Theater minor. She was lucky to find herself working in exactly the field she hoped for: Arts Marketing. Her career began as a Marketing Manager for the William and Mary Theater Dept, and took her to her current position at The Z. She loves getting to create a brand for the theater, share a creative space with so much talent, and even occasionally take the stage! Her work as Marketing Director earned her a spot in COVA Business Magazine's 2023 NextGen Awards for young professionals.

You may also recognize Jessi as Player 220 from Netflix's "Squid Game: The Challenge", which aired in 2023 to a record number of viewers. She loved the backstage peek at how reality TV is created, and the chance to meet players from all over the Globe!
