Tayana Dix, a proud University of Miami alumna, is making significant strides in both her career and community involvement. She is currently pursuing her MBA at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and was recently honored with the 2024 Mentor of the Year Award by the UCLA Riordan Scholars program, which helps local high school students prepare for college.
Tayana is also dedicated to her community. She serves as a Board Fellow at Foster Nation, an organization that empowers foster youth in Los Angeles. Additionally, she holds the position of Vice President of Cross Program Relations for UCLA’s Black Business Students Association.
Professionally, Tayana works as an Account Strategist at Google, specializing in growth marketing. Before joining Google, she spent three years at Roku, focusing on ad sales and content partnerships. During her time at Roku, she led Black@Roku, an employee resource group, for 2.5 years, creating professional development programming for Black employees and driving Black consumer strategies. Her leadership in this role earned her an award in 2024.
