Jasper Nelissen is a seasoned entrepreneur, consultant and business leader with global experience in brand strategy, advertising and organizational development. At the University of Miami’s School of Communication Jasper lectures in Advertising Strategy and Management, and leads undergraduate and graduate curriculum development for the Department of Strategic Communication. Jasper has an MBA from Cambridge University with a focus on Brand Strategy and Change, and an MSC from Delft University of Technology.
Throughout his career, Jasper has worked with companies and organizations of all sizes – from multinationals to local start-ups – and across multiple industries, including FMCG, Insurance, Government Services, Finance, Retail, Tourism, Creative Services, Media & Content, Real Estate & Architecture, and Health & Fitness. Jasper is known for his ability to foster collaborative, creative environments and to inspire and structure cross‐functional teams to drive business results.
Founded in 2016, Jasper is the owner of the NCG Consulting, a Miami-based consulting practice that focuses on the intersection of brand strategy and organizational transformation. By simultaneously defining an organization’s future direction and change required to deliver on this direction, NCG helps organizations and companies be the best they can be.
Before founding NCG, Jasper implemented purpose‐driven programs for leadership and people development across Asia, Europe and the USA as a change leader at global advertising network Saatchi & Saatchi, and led strategy and consulting projects for a range of blue-chip clients. At advertising agency Conill Saatchi & Saatchi in Miami, Jasper led the agency to add several client accounts to its roster and generated best‐in‐class creative solutions for clients, earning multiple creative and effectiveness awards.
In addition to his work at UM and for NCG, Jasper sits on the board of a number of Miami based foundations, and remains involved with Cambridge Judge Business School as a member of its Alumni Advisory Council.
