The University of Miami Travel Management team is seeking a creative and reliable Student Photographer to capture key moments at our upcoming Travel Fair. This is a great opportunity to build your portfolio while contributing to a vibrant campus event!

Responsibilities:

  • Photograph vendor booth setups and overall event decor
  • Capture interactions between vendors and employees
  • Take candid and posed shots of attendees at university department tables
  • Photograph the Travel Management team (group photo required)
  • Take multiple photos featuring Sebastian the Mascot during his one-hour appearance to capture employee engagement

Skills/Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a current student with photography experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with event photography preferred
  • Must be punctual, professional, and reliable
  • Must have own camera equipment
  • Must be experienced with uploading images to a shared drive (BOX) for access by the Travel Management team

  • Location: Shalala Student Center – Grand Ballroom 312

Compensation: Negotiable depending on your experience.
