The Role:
Do you have a passion for fitness and wellness? Are you obsessed with scouring the latest trends across
TikTok, Instagram and more? Do you have a knack for creating digital content? If so, keep reading – this
fully-remote, for-credit internship may be for you!
This internship will give the right candidate direct experience in both digital and social media marketing.
At a small and collaborative company like RSP, there is an opportunity to make a real, actionable impact.
You will see your ideas come to life to thousands of customers and followers and leave
the internship with case studies and inside experience.
Responsibilities:
Logistics
-Position reports to the Digital Marketing Director with flexible hours (10-12 hours per week)
-For school credit, must be currently enrolled and able to accept school credit
Influencer Marketing
-Work in tandem with the Social Media Manager to build out an influencer & creator database
-Assist on creative briefs to creators and influencers
Content Creation
-Bring digital trends to life through ideas and strategy
-Create TikTok and Instagram content: reels, videos and more
-Brainstorm creative ideas for content and creator collaboration
Marketing Support
-Participate in weekly marketing meetings with VP, Director and Managers
-Share ideas, feedback, and learnings on weekly marketing meetings
Must Haves
-Experience with social media, for your personal brand or past internship/job
-A passion for wellness and fitness and the drive to learn more about it
-A keen interest in the social media and influencer landscape
