Mighty Union is hiring a Growth Content Strategist, an early-career role for a recent graduate with hands-on experience creating written, social, and video content. The role focuses on executing the agency’s content and thought leadership engine, including editorial planning, executive ghostwriting, short-form video, social publishing, and event-driven content tied directly to business development goals.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller who can manage a content calendar, collaborate with subject-matter experts and leadership, and take ideas from concept through publication.

Experience from internships, freelance work, coursework, or campus organizations is well suited, along with comfort using AI tools to support drafting, repurposing, and optimization.

The position is remote or hybrid for Boston-area candidates and offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience and demonstrated skill level.
