KWT Global isn’t a typical agency, and our Fellowship program isn’t either. Our program is designed to be a meaningful and engaging learning experience for you to apply your skills to the professional world.

We are looking for a Content Fellow with an evolving mastery of the written word to work directly with our amazing team of content creators and strategists on both current and prospective client work. At KWT Global, our Content Fellows have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment that encourages and rewards fresh, smart thinking.

As a Content Fellow, you will:

  • Possess strong writing sensibilities across a range of media, including both short- and long-form digital, social, and print
  • Have an understanding of tone of voice and how it shifts with audience considerations
  • Assist the content team in developing concepts for client work
  • Create a variety of content for multiple clients across a range of industries
  • Gain real-world experience helping produce work for a global client portfolio
  • Refine project management skills
  • Actively participate as one of several Fellows in the program across a variety of departments and gain valuable mentorship and career guidance

Our ideal candidate is:

  • A recent graduate of an accredited undergraduate or graduate program for journalism, communications, creative writing, or composition OR has one year of applicable experience
  • Currently developing a portfolio of editorial or content marketing work
  • Highly motivated and proactive in nature
  • Has strong organizational, communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion
  • Can work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • Has excellent attention to detail, a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation rules and experience writing according to AP Style

Additional Details

  • Full-time internship, 40 hours per week
  • This is a paid internship
  • Start date will be in early January in our Chicago office
  • This role is a hybrid in-person/remote role; you must be comfortable commuting to our office location twice per week

PAY: $35,360
