As the e.l.f. SKIN Brand Marketing Intern (e.l.f.tern), you will be an integral part of the brand marketing team, contributing to high-impact initiatives that help shape the ongoing success of the e.l.f. SKIN brand. This role offers hands-on experience across go-to-market (GTM) planning, briefing processes, event coordination, retailer and sales support, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, develop creative ideas, and support campaigns from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sampling Campaigns: Help develop and execute targeted sampling initiatives. Collaborate with marketing to identify ideal audiences, craft messaging, coordinate logistics, and analyze performance for future campaign optimization.
  • Go-To-Market Support: Partner closely with the brand marketing team to build and implement GTM plans for product launches and seasonal campaigns, gaining exposure to brand strategy and cross-functional alignment.
  • In-Store Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support field representatives at retailers including UltaWalmartTargetDrugstore Chains, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Assist with sourcing GWPs, samples, and branded giveaways to drive in-store engagement.
  • Event Coordination: Support the execution of internal and external events including influencer activations, product education moments, and brand showcases.
  • Competitive Market Research: Stay up to date on trends in both mass and prestige beauty. Share insights and recommendations with brand, social, and digital teams to inform campaign direction.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Assist with marketing reporting, deck building, and cross-functional recaps to help communicate campaign results and performance insights.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing/recently graduated with a degree in MarketingBusiness, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for skincare and interest in the beauty industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
